• That's really only what people do who haven't been on CM a lot. They get overexcited and carried away. It goes in phases--you get people like that for a few months, then they drop off again.

    It is important that forumengers who come along familiarise themselves a little bit with how to ride on CM--i.e., you have to ride really slowly if you want to keep it together, stop not infrequently at junctions until everybody has caught up, be disciplined about helping with corking, etc.

    Well, that's nice, I glad I'm able to *appear *as if I'm an Old Hand. Which I'm not.

    +1 on the keeping the mass together with waiting and corking. Incidentally, it was good to witness the excellent and polite corking at Paul's funeral procession by stalwart members of this forum.
