Maybe having decent manners and patience, and being clear about what you want helps. I don't know. If you treat people like a service rather than with some respect, you might find people are less inclined to take care over what you've asked them to do.

I can't really get on with this 'I'm paying good money I want perfection' business, on ancient old bikes that might collapse at any minute (for example the example further up this thread! As if Mario or his repairer are 'responsible' for that! Bollocks they are. It's made of steel! Steel rusts! Durrrr.) Now I'm getting angry. I refer you to Wingedangel's post at the top of this page.

Just in case I my little paragrah was not clear enough, what I was only trying to say is that I am in complete agrement with Wingedangel's post, and what you say too... I've just detailed a few things that happened to me to show how someone with a different sensibility could come on a forum and call people names, however I think this is completely not necessary or even legitimate... you never know the whole story, what was said, etc... so it's not good to jump to conclusion. And just to clarify again, I was happy with the final result with colourtech, although it was not exactly what I expected.

So please Velocio, could the title of the thread be edited?
