Most people can't be bothered to drive on the other side of Britain to find out what's wrong. Even then, what are you going to do?
There was a case of a rip off sale of a car stereo on Ebay and the buyer went to knock the scammer's door. Nothing happened, so he smashed the window in the car parked outside. He was done for damaging private property, but the seller could be reached only through a small claims courts. Bollocks :-)
