Yes, but designing for one thing sometimes compromises other things. What seems to have happened in this case is that is made it better.
I have had a fair few frames now but can honestly say the Scissor F+F is one of the best in terms of fun to ride and comfort.
Fun as it almost leads you into popping up the front wheel, jumping off of things etc, and comfort because it is bordering on one of your infamous sit up and beg bicycles :-)
