i'd like to see it done before the UK champs, but lets wait til everyone has seen this and looked at their diaries before putting the final days into a poll.

hopefully I can get some kind of schedule together for the day, I don't want any team to have to be there for the whole day, will see what I can do. I'll try and do a schedule for a days play this weekend (regardless of what date it is).

I personally want to play this before the UK champs, as it's a good warm up.

It's also possible the UK champs might be a qualification tourney for the Worlds, as the UK will be assigned places, not cities. (no solid info yet, but it's been cited as a possibility when chatting with Morgan about the worlds)

Those dates seem to be the best options to vote on.

when we come to the actual vote, it might be worth people selecting all the dates they can attend rather than just their preferred date. And for everyone to be as flexible as possible.

Would it be too complicated for us to try to list dates (from the list of proposed dates) that people absolutely cannot do before we vote?

surely that is the idea - to find a date everyone can make? otherwise our criteria for choosing teams is down to who is available on the one chosen day!

we do a poll, and you can select all the dates you can make, the date with the most attendees will be the one to play on, and those who can't make that date, I guess, can try to re-arrange whatever they have on, or pull a sickie whatever.
