I bought an old new sealed bearing bmx rear off ebay for £13.50.
Has 10mm axle and is spaced for 110mm.
A couple of small spacer nuts easily do the trick.
You might want to dish it over a bit when building to get the freewheel in the right place.
Had no probs with it in Karlsruhe.

did you dish it? I am toying with putting 5 mil spacers either side of my hub and not dishing and having a slightly off chainline, or putting 10 mil of spacers on one side and dishing it. I have ordered spokes for no dishing though.
