• It's unlikely to be a software issue. Is it a first gen MB/MB Pro? If you're within the warranty take it to the Apple Store. It's likely to be a loose connection from lots of whacks to a first-gen model or some sort of moisture/impact problem on a later model.

    You could try firing some compressed air around once the keys are off, or a bit of gentle hair dryer heating... long-shot though.
