VV, that looks like a nice carrier. Do you know if the tubes come out of the case or if it's all one piece?
If those caps stay on well, that looks like it would do the job nicely. I have a couple of individual carrying tubes but would like a double. I often want to carry more than one cigar but my cases that hold 5 are a bit bulky.
