V doesn't mention downloads, just says it's slow and losing connections

Latency/ packet loss.... slow browsing, losing connection??

i think she should leave all angles open for investigation.. give this thread some legs!

Latency. 62 - the latency keeps changing, highest was 120ish

speedtests are download/uploads and look crap as mentioned, latency looks a little high but not bad :)
