2010-02-06 Sat 10pm - Circle Line Ride 2 - Anti-Clockwise

Loved the ride, really well-led, I thought--nice one, John. Splits are inevitable on a ride this size, and there were enough catch-up points. Sorry to those I led astray at Harrow Road and Bayswater. cough Couldn't stick around for long at the end as I wanted to catch up with a friend elsewhere.

Favourite bits were narrowly missing the start and having to catch up, that big puddle at Great Portland Street and some staircarpet driving through it past all the riders (only made a surprisingly shallow splash, though), a moment spent lamenting the building of the Westway, and the section riding back east from High Street Kensington to Victoria, as it was very fluid and quiet.

Great to see huge16, Dropout, Psy, BlueQuinn, Bike Destroyer, owenreed, Lolo, rocksteady, adaplace, Teapots, mmccarthy, vélo libre, joe smith, cani, ChainBreaker, jcgarcia, MA3K, diapo, and lots of others I probably should have met but didn't. Here's to another time!
