I just flicked back to the start of it all to re-cap over everything you've been through, and the progression of the story. The suffering and discomfort... the openness you've shown.... my face screwed up every time "sack", "drain" and "fluid" are mentioned due to sensitive squeem reflect.... Man, we've been with you through it all, and are just hoping you finally get back to full health.
I have just ordered some replacement cleats.
