Dude I feel your pain. I bought a sweet (but plain gauge and quite heavy) 60s french road bike in December for £200. I thought that was a pretty good price given the near pristine condition and interesting spec (mafac brakes, huret gears etc). Turns out I don't have room for it and need the cash for other impulse purchases and despite listing the thing several times in several places and dropping the price to £150 I still can't get any interest. The only two phonecalls I had from gumtree were blaggers after a free bike!
January is the cruelest month (for selling bicycles).
