No, most oldschool trackies would throw it in the bin. Some old idea that it is somehow safer to run without one. Long and boring reasoning, best kept for trackside discussions.
99% of the 'intended' audience. 100% of which are trackies.
They are track wheels, for the track.
Mavic couldn't give a flying f*ck about people using them on the road, which would probably immediately void the warranty as that is not their intended use.
