Depends alot on the height of the cyclist. I'm pretty flexible, but only 5'7 1/2" (the 1/2 s important) so only run a 4cm drop on the fixie (Deepish road drops), 2cm on the commuter (using midge bars), and 0 drop on the XC (flat bars). This is what you want ;)
