Waiting for some good photography conditions and spare time.
So far only pics of the bike w/o decals somewhere else in this thread and on my blog:I really like this. Nice clearances as well. What bar tape is it you're using?

this reminds me of a story my manager at work told me about his dotty old mum.
she called him up at 2 in the morning a few weeks ago and said to him in her German accent "Stuart i saw a bird in ze garden, what was it?"

got this as a surprise for my girlfriend today
not gonna change much, basically bin the gears etc, and put new handlebars and brake levers. The frame itself is in excellent condition
Had to ride it home front brake only with chrome rims in the rain! Pussied out and pushed it down the other side of Ladbroke Grove hill

Bike Ribbon Eleganza black
Terrible stuff to apply. The trick with fizik is not to take all the backing tape off just a little bit at the start to make it grip

I hate to point it out, but the angle of the headtube look pretty vertical as well as the mudguard nearly touching the downtube.
give it a good check before you do anything to it.

The top of the stem looks paralell with the floor though. So I reckon the head tube angle is probably OK.

What hub is that on the front?

Like I said, going by the stem angle it looks spot on. If its been crashed hard enough to push the front wheel back. It will be visible around the down tube/head tube area or on the forks. Does the headset look to be original. If so is it still smooth?
Still reckon its fine though (based on a internet pic obviously)

yeah it's fine, put it against another wall in the daylight and looked from a few angles, was just a funny photo angle I reckon. She's not going to be thrashing it anywhere anyway, the worst this bike will see is the gravel path from putney to richmond :)
thanks guys
