I found standard yoga a bit boring (like if I'm putting aside an hour for 'exercise' I want to be a sweaty mess by the end of it).

Stretch and tone gets the heart rate up loads more, and even though I haven't been to a class in over 6 months, I've managed to maintain the flexibility. I don't think I was this flexible as a 7 year old.... if only I could get my hands on one of those box/ruler combos that measure how far past your toes your fingers go.
phase 1.. see my toes. i'll not rush into touching them just yet.
Jaw - good call.. i have joined - i used to do Gyrotronics last year, it was as strong as i have been in years. sadly i couldn't afford to keep it up
