I had my lo-pro built to spec by lining up a pair of Cinelli LA84 bars next to the drops on my drop-bar TT bike and measuring out the required stem clamp position from there. It did actually end up a bit more comfortable, just because the LA84 bar gives better wrist support than a drop bar.
