everywhere else has to call it 'hot yoga' as you practise in a heated room,
I havent done the class, although he is a Rock and roll guru with 25 Rolls royces etc, so I would avoid that sort of person anyway, however its yoga,
in a hot room, it must be like stretching in a sauna, so,
must be good for the body, try it!
