So far for the Surly I've ordered a Thomson 90mm stem w/ 26.0mm clamp, Nitto RB-018 bullhorns, a new set of Messenger cranks and will push the button on the Chris King tomorrow.
Was thinking of going with a stainless Surly ring & XD2 cranks, but that'd mean replacing bottom bracket and rear sprocket. Why on earth does every set of cranks have a different BCD and give a different chainline? Stoopid.
Hoping that I've remembered correctly and my seatpost is 27.2mm..
