Too right, I should have been compensated. They weren't having any of it, even a free chain/bar tape would have been nice. The way I see it, if I can at least put a few people off because of their poor customer service; I've got them back, slightly.

I started this thread ages ago and it was the BJ customer service that stopped me buying one. Getting a BJ through BLB is one thing, but direct - I wouldn't buy in a million years

They were alright with me. I wouldn't buy through a shop because it would preclude the most important thing about purchasing a frame; choosing the colour.

They just seem to have an attitude problem. Maybe due to the fact that they don't need "small" business.

I first called them 2 weeks ago.. and they were not so nice over the phone..
However, I decided to visit the shop the other day. After minutes of chatting, that very same very guy turn to be an absolute wonderful person. I think he might have certain problem with phone calls. Pretty strange..

I had a similar experience when I ordered something from them, absolute shocker and I will never order anything of theirs again.
