    But it was owned by a British Track TT member so it's certainly a great bike.

    Any idea of the rider, chances are I'll know them and be able to give a better idea of the frame. The choices that spring to mind are Raleigh, Waugh or Soens. But most builders would use Campag drop outs and most of the big names would build with lugs and would have engraving on the seat stay/forks. Back in those days a squad rider would be given frame tubes and get a frame built for them. Also most Lo Pros from back then would either be a 24" or 26" front wheel.
