The bike is genius. Its a lesson in aerodynamics.
The wing mirrors allow you to see whats behind you without presenting the less aero, side section of your head, to the oncoming air.
The lock wraped around the seatpost is placed to push air past the riders luggage. Which I assume is in one of these...
