I'm trying to book my flight but when i try to reserve my bike on the flight i'm greeted with;

'One or more special items were requested on this page which are unavailable due to limited inventory capacity.
Please click Ok to continue without reserving these requested items.'*
Did anyone else have this problem?
If i cannot reserve my bike this throws up a whole load of problem...does any other airine fly there? (trains are super expensive now).
any advice?
(obviously i'm going to call them in the morning).
