having said that, when the car hit me from behind at the junction and then tried to drive off, the police did ask me to put the phone on speaker phone so they could record the woman refusing to stop or give her details and the sound of her driving her car into me to try and force me out of her way.

When did this happen, and are you sure it wasn't a spurned girlfriend Mr Lovemeister? ;p
