maybe this is the answer, the Aston Martin Cygnet, not on sale to general public yet but will be soon for around 20k.
The new Ferrari 458 has a new DFI engine btw which greatly reduces emmisions, as a company I think they probably do far less damage than someone like TATA for example who's cheap little cars for the people are sold by the million to people who would otherwise be on a push bike or a scooter.
