Super cars are wasteful, same as building a super house (as seen on Grand Design) for two and using 80 lights for the corridor and say "yes but there are low energy so we are helping the environment".
But if it is how they decide that it is the best way to spend their money then be it.
Supercars aren't that ineffecient, especially when compared with the quite large amount of old pieces of crap that are driving around. And i'm willing to bet that a Ferrari cruising around London will pollute less than some idiot in a modded 106 blasting around London, as they tend to do.
