Both the 08 and 09 are 27.2

My '08 is 27.2 but it's the alloy frame rather than steel.

I have the matte blue and black one, steel and it's 27.2.
I'd be pretty surprised if it was a 25.0, 25.4 is a good bit more common.

yeah the website jut says the clamp is 28.6 (which it isn't - I bought a new salsa clamp, 28.6 and it wont go over the frame)

I thought 27,2 as well - i used an adjustable wrench with a scale on it... not dead scientific like.

Yeah, the clamp size quoted on 95% of online cources seems to be wrong, i remember this from when i was looking for a new seatclamp for mine. i think its a 30.0 seatclamp.

How much did that set you back?

Picked up a new 09 Fuji Track from ebay for £240 and had most of the other parts. Had it powdercoated matt black as the 09 paint job was pretty nasty. It's all been built on a fairly tight budget, that's why I'm running Halo wheels and the stock crankset and headset. Other than the crank and the frame I have all the other stock parts, so I'm planning on building up a beater.

i gots no clue, if it was a 28.6mm clamp (as stated on fuji webby), with 25.0mm post (as stated above) it would be fooking thick tube.

Well, it seems fuji chop and change what they use on their bikes,

I have just found a picture of a set of fuji track handlebars on an OTP fuji, with 25.4 stamped on them in the gap in the centre of the ahead stem,

and then on ebay, there is another set of fuji track handlebars, with 26.0 stamped in the same place. (not that this makes a difference in the real world as a 25.4 stem will be perfectly capeable of holding both bars, IME.)

When i replace my seatpost its caliper time.

Bars should be 26 clamp - that's what the stock stem is.

The dimensions for both the seatpost and clamp given on the fuji site and many online retailers (including Evans') are definately incorrect.

I think we've got the seatpost cock on at 27.2

polished ) , TA track 1/8 chainring silver , aero seat post polished silver , Brooks B17 black chopped , nitto riser bares silver . campy veloce brakes F&R silver , Goldtec wheels
(Mavic CXP 33 Sapim DB spokes and Goldtec Pro track hubs you guessed it, polished silver)
