Campagnolo thread 33.5mm (about 1.32"). Phil Wood and Miche also use this size.
Shimano thread is 1.290" (which is about 32.7mm), and that is the BSC size and also presumably ISO, if ISO got around to such arcana. Suzue and Goldtec use this, along with pretty much anything Asian in origin.
Both of the above have a pitch of 1/24"
Mavic (Ellipse and Comete) use the French 33mm x 1mm pitch thread.
