This has happened to me tonight! A whole chunk of the flange came off. (Will post pics)
Obviously, I will email them once I had my dinner, but just wanted to know from AlexB where he bought the hub. I got mine from outspoken cycles.
I built the wheels myself with a crowsfoot pattern, which apparently makes strong wheels. Does that have an effect on the hubs though?
