Thats stunning.
But as Kerley pointed out, you can go custom Ti with someone like XACD for under 800 notes. It means working things out for yourself, and taking a risk on a over-seas manufacturer. But it could well get you exactly what you want (dont know how much the Ti fork is though)
I've taken a bike that I like the design of, and a bike that I like the geometry of, and further tweeked them to fit. I've also selected tubing to suit my weight and riding style (I think, but this is tricky). Just need some money now.
Should come in at something like £700 F&F delivered
