You know thinking about it, the Charge Scissor not only make an affordable polo bike that'll take the abuse, but it look like it'd make a nice 29ers (obviously with different fork).
Agree, I would take it straight off road. That is why I am tempted by it, I like trackish bikes off road but the tyre size is compromised so this looks perfect (with the scissor fork). I find MTB frames too long and sloppy.
Will probably buy one if they ever decide to sell them anywhere!
Not sure the 29er mtb crowd would be converted, they would go off mumbling about mud clearance, no disk brake mounts etc,.
