Sloping top tube?

Your frame design reminds me of this (which I may still get if my bonus delivers!)

I did mention that^^ on my 1st post, it is very much "inspired" by that frame. ; )

I guess un- ridable in the sense that it wouldn't be track ridable.

Looking at the above, it was never meant to be trackable.
