  • Today? With these surface conditions??? ;)

Nice picture. Do you have the recipe to hand that you use?

I've just got back from the farmer's market in Stoke Newington (which one do you go to) but failed to get any kale. Just about to do a nice cauliflower curry.

I don't think I will ever make a post on here without some form of grammar / spelling error.

Recipe, I'm not really one for those,
I used to have one written down but I lost it so I just winged it for that one.
There are so many different ways to make it though. this one I wasn't that happy with but it still tasted pretty good.
For this I used used soy milk, lemon juice, ground almonds (normally use cashews) to make it thick and creamy, nutritional yeast flakes, turmic (adds the colour), Dijon mustard mix it up in a saucepan and your good. little bit of cornflour can help as well.

Cooking the kale the way I like to do it,
In a wok put some water when it starts boiling throw in the kale and keep adding a small amount of water as it gets absorbed. Throw in some minced garlic as well.

Kale you can get really cheap from supermarket but it never seems to be that fresh.
I go to the notting hill one which I think some of the same stalls goto well that is what one of them told me yesterday.
