Just finished sorting out the old Genesis Day 01 into a singlespeed bike, end up being very light (7.6kg), and oddly enough it was really comfortable to ride, not a hint of saddle soreness at all.
My father's Bob Jackson was comfortable as well when i rode it, yet when I carefully match the saddle height, stem length, etc. to either the Genesis or my father's BJ, (while taken account of the higher BB), my white Bob Jackson is still not comfortable enough.
gah, now I think it's defintely time to sell the damn Bob Jackson and get a Condor Pista instead, shame I'm selling the Genesis as it would have been useful to have when selling the BJ, can't back out of the buyer, bad form.
hate it when the bike is uncomfortable to ride, really bothered me that there's no way I can make it as comfortable as it should be.
