firstly, i wouldn't be driving if that were likely to happen.
secondly, the traffic would probably be going quite slowly because of the conditions, and there wouldn't be much traffic.
thirdly, i would be beeping my horn like fuck and trying to do everything to regain control, the dual carriagway would probably be ice free and so provided no car was coming towards me i would be able to get out of the way rather than sending an obstacle into the middle of the road.
