I did ask for the measurements. He sent back the 54cm as the centre bb to top of seat tube? did'nt look right to me which is why i was a bit gutted, but he's 5'10" with a couple of inches either way it's still not big enough. but then i know very little about sizing a lo-pro. I didn't bother to ask again for the top tube....

i'm 6' 3" btw, i'll keep an eye on just incase, cos i'm still not sure.
