No, but most shops will have spare chain links.
Just be sure the shop you go does a decent buisness in single speed / kmc chains.
But if you are upgrading from The K510 go Izumi Super toughness. It is like 5x more though :)

You can buy Shimano replacement pins.
They are what you should be using when rejoining Shimano chains anyway.
