yeah i was thinking along those lines for the the bb/bridge hugo, but somehow it just doesn't add up to a name as prestigious as Tommasini.. still seems to be a bit corner-cutting. The fork having a pilot hole also seems a bit of a concession though far less unusual i guess....
this has come out of me and a friend looking at it and me originally arguing it was probably the stuff you've guessed at, but the more they said how half-assed a road bridge (undrilled as it seems to be) is on a pista frame the more i sort of agreed... as far as the geometery goes we then got over-suspicious at the frame angle in the photo as it doesn't give a good enough view to judge it..!!
over-geeking on the day after New Year's day... this is what happens when you're feeling lazy.... ;)
