I ended up getting a puncture, but it was due to unavoidable broken glass a few miles from home, so I managed to limp the last bit without stopping.

Nice to meet you Paula/Di Luca - sorry I didn't get a chance to say goodbye to you and willski, but I had to get back sharpish.

I am loving the rollers. Today I kept nice and warm and dry whilst watching Apocalypse Now. Not all of it mind. I no longer need to leave my house

Noticed you were doing clockwise laps this morning Clive. Variety is the spice of life they say.

We did one c/w lap the other day. It's okay for getting a power climb done, but other than that, a bit rubbish.

Did two anticlockwise and then one clockwise. Very chilly out there. The water in mwollny's bottle froze. The nuuns in mine kept it liquid. Very few cars or riders which was nice. Ice and gravel on the roads which was not.

Last Richmond Park ride for me for a while.

it's probably fine about now. early road rides in winter are asking for trouble

Just got back from the park, saw a bloke in full lycra riding a black fixed wheel bike with riser doing laps.

Mike, it was lovely out there. Nicely wrapped up.

Just had a pleasant ride on my beater as well - 15 mile rtrip to Stamford Bridge and back. Very warming.
