Only twats ride with worn cleats

I did this a couple of weeks ago;

And there's been a big hard lump underneath since then. It was shrinking but now it's stopped. Maybe I have an internal sack, too. Internal sack ride, en masse, to get them drained?

Hard lumps normally go with time. What I have is a very fluid sack which wobbles and has stayed the same size for nine months.
