I'll be doing this late december, to spend NYE in amsterdam. Current plan is London - Harwich (circa 80miles/130k), 11pm ferry, 6.45am arrival and then ride up the coast to the 'dam (50miles/80k - ish).
Planning on taking lots of maps...!
