Ladystardust, I'll be out on my bike somewhere on the 26th but it won't be an organised ride. Knowing me though, it's likely to be a polo bike. It's been too long since I saw David and yourself.

I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that it's the quietness of roads that are usually manically busy which make this ride fun.
Last year I asked people to randomly pick their own routes as they thought of other places they may like to experience in a car-free way. But no one suggested diversions.

This year I'm going to operate on a more CM style basis, the people in front can lead the ride. That way we end up wherever and whenever without the limits of a schedule.

We'll stick to having Oxford Ciruc as the meetup point and it'd be good to finish at the mayor's house again. Other than thatm we can just ride where ever we feel like for as long as we want to ride.

Does this sound okay to everyone?
