  • He's put the tyre on back to front. Basic error especially for someone 'who has built/modified his own frame'

    I made this "basic error" because i just don´t care enough about stuff that has little to no effect. Half a bar diffrence in tire pressure will have a much much much bigger effect and if you dont pump up your tires daily...blablabla

    Thanks about the soldering part. In respect to the fork, i know. But 26" 1-1/8" Forks are hard to get by, and that bike was done on a really thight budget. It cost under 600 pound in material (including powdercoating) the way it is now and all the parts but the saddle are new and I was still abled to maintain a certain level of quality. Once my framebuilding skills are better i will build a nice lugged stell fork for it, but don´t hold your breath, it´s gona be a while.
