RE Fibrax pads
They were good for a few days but are erratic in heavy rain.
Initially I was finding that they made the bike stop v abruptly and was very impressed.
Now there are 3 options in the wet
1 pull on brake and it offers very little resistance
2 brakes grip and give good control
3 it judders to fuck as it slows down
the little resistance occurs when the surface is dirty, but cleaning the braking surface by lightly squeezing the brakes does not appear to work as well as it did when using shimano pads.
i will check the alignment of the pads before i next ride, just to make sure they have not moved out of position at all.
