Look at the full spec: Novatec, Tektro, Maxxis, Jetset etc. tells you it's a generic Taiwan product, unlikely to be any better or worse than any other cookie-cutter product. For an extra tenner, you can have a 2009 Kona Paddy Wagon, which makes the no-brand thing look overpriced.
