If you want 28-32C or over I would say go with the Randos, anything smaller and I guess schwalbes, contis or Refuse are a good choice, I have no experience of the Refuses, all schwalbe tyres i've used have been great, and they just work exactly as they say they will, Contis are good but they do not last long at all from my experiences, and the sidewalls are weaker than a wet rizla.
