Nicorette inhalor works for me- gives you something to do with your hands, and gives you quite a hit of nicotine when you use it.

I've gone from being a pretty heavy smoker to zero with it, and my concern that I'd just end up using the inhalor all the time was groundless.

I will get one of these tomorrow when I get paid. Can you just get them from boots?
