Hard to tell.
Gazelle Track frames were ALWAYS special order. They never stocked track frames.
Sometimes it was an "average" track frame, no special geometry or frame parts, sometimes really customized with special geometry, e.g.
There's no real database with frame numbers and customers or riders.
The well known Gazelle fan site has a set of frame numbers that may give you a rough indication of the year of build.
The fact that is is a respray doesn't make it any easier to get more details.
