I ate quite a few Balut when I was in the Philippines. Delicious actually, and quite natural. That's what happens if you leave an egg hanging around for a bit... as specialities of that country go, I prefered it to "Adidas" (boiled chicken feet) and Iud (chicken intestines on a skewer).
