Regarding how many members can be on a team -- you all may recall that during the rounds of voting for the rules, among the original set of questions was included: " Teams can have a permanent sub (i.e., 4th player for rotation)?" After some discussion on the forum, it was decided to remove this question from the polling.
I didn't check, but i'm pretty sure this was explicitly because people thought it was not an issue that we need to regulate, therefore giving implicit approval to have a permanent sub. No need to add another rule.
